Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the original invoice to ensure smooth processing.

  Handover to Courier

  A representative from our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return parcel.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
